Do you bring the groceries?
No. We provide a detailed, organized shopping list based on your menu selections so you control the quality and brands used in your home. You shop once, we handle the rest.
How long does a visit take?
We work as a team of 2–3 professionals. A typical visit takes a few hours, during which we cook and clean simultaneously to minimize disruption to your day.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Absolutely. We specialize in nutrient-dense meals and accommodate Keto, Paleo, high-protein, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and other allergy-related requirements. Our team has extensive experience with food sensitivities and allergy-safe cooking.
How much food does each menu item make?
Each dish is prepared in family-sized batches. Clients tell us they get multiple dinners plus lunches for the entire household from a single menu item. The variety across your weekly selections keeps meals interesting while ensuring your fridge stays stocked.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Penticton, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, and Kaleden. Each job is custom-priced based on your home's specific needs and location.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning products exclusively. Your home is cleaned with the same care we'd use in our own.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. Life happens. We offer flexibility with our care plans. Just let us know in advance and we'll adjust your schedule.
Do you use my kitchen equipment?
Yes, we cook in your kitchen using your equipment. This means your food is prepared in a space you know and trust, with no commercial kitchen overhead passed on to you.
How do I store the meals?
Meals are portioned into containers and stored in your fridge and freezer. We organize everything so you can grab and reheat throughout the week. Most items keep well for 5–7 days refrigerated or longer frozen.
What if I have pets?
No problem. Many of our families have pets. We use pet-safe cleaning products and our team is comfortable working around animals.
How do I choose my meals?
We have an online menu that rotates seasonally. You browse, pick what sounds good, and we send you a shopping list. It's designed to be simple. Pick your favourites and we handle the logistics.
Can I gift this service?
Yes. It makes an excellent gift for new parents, busy professionals, or anyone who could use a reset. Contact us to arrange a gift consultation.
What makes you different from a catering service?
Caterers do events. We do your life. Our service is recurring: weekly visits that keep your fridge stocked and your home clean on an ongoing basis. Plus, we combine meal prep and cleaning in one visit, which no caterer offers.
How is this different from meal delivery services?
Meal delivery ships pre-made food from a commercial kitchen. We cook fresh in your kitchen using real ingredients you chose. No preservatives needed because the food goes straight into your fridge, not a shipping box. And we clean your home while we're there.
